Flying Fish, the laid-back seafood joint from restaurateurs Shannon Wynne and Larry Richardson, is reeling in another Plano location — this one at 4032 Preston Road, taking over the former Dickey’s BBQ space. Inspired by the East Texas lakefront seafood shacks of Caddo Lake fame, Flying Fish has become a Southern favorite, with eleven locations across Texas, Arkansas, and Tennessee.
The menu hooks guests with a mix of grilled and fried classics — think catfish, shrimp, oysters, crab, and flaky fish fillets served your way: traditional, snappy, or drenched in garlic butter.
