Texas food distributor recalls Aldi ‘Taco Dinner’ kits after mislabeling coca mix as taco seasoning

Texas-based food distributor Teasdale Foods Inc. is recalling certain Taco Dinner Kits sold at Aldi after cocoa mix containing milk was mislabeled as taco seasoning, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration announced Oct. 28.

The company, based in Carrollton, Texas, distributed the kits to Aldi stores in 28 states, according to the FDA. Though the company is based in Texas, the state was not among those listed in the recall.
