Third Celina ISD teacher accused of inappropriate behavior, removed from classroom

CELINA, Texas—Celina High School (CHS) Principal Dr. John Burdett informed school families over the weekend, that teacher and coach Neil Phillips, has been placed on administrative leave following allegations of inappropriate conduct stemming from a social media post.

The social media post referenced claims against Mr. Phillips related to his previous employment at Melissa ISD. Celina ISD stated it was notified of the allegations on Friday, October 31st.
