Frisco residents split on proposed animal facility

Frisco residents voiced both support and concern about the proposed animal facility during a public input meeting Nov. 3.

The meeting comes just 24 hours before the Frisco City Council is scheduled to once again vote on approving a letter of intent with an operator for the facility. Council members approved tabling a vote Oct. 21 to seek citizen input.
