HALL Park in Frisco is a 2.6 million-square-foot mixed-use community that has pioneered development in Frisco since the mid-1990s. Office spaces are spread out across 16 buildings. Luxury apartments at The Monarch are now complete, and one-third of the area features green space, including the Texas Sculpture Garden and over three miles of walking trails. Eventually, the master plan, which spans 20 years, will encompass 9.5 million square feet of usable mixed space.
The latest newcomers to HALL Park’s ongoing transformation are two celebrated restaurants from Downtown Dallas: Tango Room and Commissary, both of which are owned by Headington Companies.
