Frisco’s retail game is getting a major upgrade. Fields West—the 55-acre urban village rising inside the massive 2,500-acre Fields master plan—just locked in leases with 10 national retailers and restaurants, pushing the project to roughly 70% pre-leased as construction ramps up. Phased openings kick off in late 2027, with more to follow in 2028.
