WICHITA COUNTY (KFDX/KJTL) — A retired Wichita County judge has been appointed to oversee a major civil case involving two officials in the Texas government.
According to Collin County court records, retired 30th District Court Judge Bob Brotherton has been appointed to preside over the divorce of Ken Paxton, Texas Attorney General, and Angela Paxton, Texas State Senator.
