FRISCO, Texas — Chicago-style street food seems to be taking North Texas by storm, as Portillo’s broke ground last week on yet another restaurant in DFW.
The newest restaurant from the Chicago-based chain will be located in Frisco at the northwest corner of Gordon Heights Lane and FM 423. The 6,250-square-foot restaurant will seat about 120 guests, including a 500-square-foot outdoor patio, and include double drive-thru lanes, as well as pick-up shelves and a grab-and-go area.
