A somber silence envelops the neighborhood of Highland Hills in Dallas, where a shooting claimed the life of 29-year-old Charles Hibbler on Monday. The Dallas Police Department responded to the incident following a shooting call near the 6000 block of Highland Hills Drive at approximately 9:45 p.m.
Upon arrival, the officers discovered Hibbler with a life-threatening gunshot wound.
