$800 Million Fields West Goes Vertical, Set To Transform Frisco’s Urban Scene

Frisco’s skyline is getting a major upgrade as Fields West officially begins vertical construction on a dynamic mixed-use development designed to blend retail, dining, office space and luxury living.

Spanning 360,000 square feet of shopping, dining, and entertainment, along with 350,000 square feet of Class-A office space, Fields West promises to be a walkable urban village with more than 1,100 high-end residences developed by Columbus Realty Partners. Openings are planned to roll out from late 2027 into 2028.

A Curated Urban Village

Fields West is being built as a pedestrian-friendly destination, with tree-lined paseos, wide sidewalks, and green gathering spaces linking restaurants, shops and entertainment venues. The development is already 70% pre-leased, with SHOP Companies leading the leasing effort.

For Managing Director Olivia Karahan Charapko, the focus is on quality over quantity. “Our goal has always been to create something elevated and timeless,” she previously told Local Profile. “As we finalize the tenant mix, we are making decisions that will shape an experience that offers something for everyone while maintaining the upscale tone Fields West promises.”
