A judge on Friday ordered the unsealing of records in Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton’s divorce case, the Texas Newsroom reports.
Judge Robert Brotherton of Collin County, who’s presiding over the case, signed an order allowing the records to be made public. The move came after Paxton and his wife, state Sen. Angela Paxton — both Republicans — said they’d reached an agreement to unseal the documents.
