COLLIN COUNTY, Texas – More than six months after a deadly shooting south of Princeton, the Collin County Sheriff’s Office has arrested three people in connection with the killing of a 43-year-old man.
Sheriff’s Office officials announced that arrest warrants were executed on January 8, 2026, following an extensive investigation into a homicide that occurred July 9, 2025, in the 9100 block of Fig Circle. Deputies originally responded to the scene around 8:16 p.m. and found Ociel Bautista Perez suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Perez was transported by EMS to a nearby hospital, where he later died.
