The City of Allen named Hayley Angel as its next community development director, bringing back a familiar leader.
Angel previously worked for the city from 2017 to 2023, where she spent six years helping guide major development initiatives. During her tenure, she was promoted to planning manager and earned the city’s P.R.I.D.E. Award, an honor given annually to five employees selected by their peers.
