Costco is officiallymoving dirt at Grandscape, marking a major milestone for one of The Colony’s most anticipated retail additions.
Plans call for a 155,000-square-foot warehouse and an adjacent Costco gas station at the corner of Spring Creek Parkway and Grandscape Boulevard. The project was approved by The Colony City Council on Sept. 16, 2025, and officially broke ground in December.
