The steady stream of lattes at Mochas & Javas’ Frisco drive-thru is about to dry up. The Legacy Drive location is set to close later this month, with Jan. 24 listed as its final day of service.
The Frisco shop has been a go-to stop for commuters and nearby office workers, offering specialty lattes, java-chinos, and house-baked pastries from its full-service drive-thru. The company announced the shutdown in a social media post, but did not give a reason for the decision in that message.
According to Community Impact, the notice appeared in a Jan. 15 social post and included both the Jan. 24 closing date and the store’s address. The outlet notes that the linked social post does not include any further explanation from the company.
