Collin County officials have rejected a development plan submitted for a proposed Islamic community called The Meadow, formerly known as EPIC City.
According to a social media release from Collin County Judge Chris Hill, Community Capital Partners, the applicant for The Meadow, submitted its development plan with incomplete information. As a result, its application could not be considered for approval.
