IRVING, Texas – Irving Police officers arrested two men early Sunday morning after responding to a reported disturbance involving intoxicated individuals during frigid weather conditions.
According to police, officers were called late Sunday night after a report of two intoxicated males causing a disturbance. The caller described the individuals as young Hispanic males. Officers located the pair and attempted to stop them for investigation, but both fled on foot in separate directions.
