GRAPEVINE, Texas — An 18-wheeler crash on the 1700 Block of W 114 EB has led to a full highway closure, according to the Grapevine Police Department.
The vehicle lost control and struck a barrier due to icy conditions, and a second tractor trailer subsequently crashed behind it.
