Community rallies to support families of teens lost in sledding tragedy

In the wake of a devastating sledding accident that claimed the lives of two Frisco teenagers on Jan. 25, the Frisco and North Texas community is coming together to honor their memories and support their grieving families.

Elizabeth “Lizzie” Angle and Grace “Gracie” Brito, both 16, died following an incident in which a sled they were riding struck a curb and tree while being pulled by a vehicle. Angle, a Wakeland High School sophomore, died Sunday at a hospital. Brito died Tuesday night after being in critical condition.

Now, as their families navigate unimaginable grief, friends and neighbors are finding ways to ensure the girls’ legacies endure…
