CELINA, Texas — A 68-year-old man has been arrested after police say he reportedly hit and killed a motorcycle driver with his pick-up truck.
According to the Celina Police Department, police were called just after 2 p.m. Tuesday to the incident in the 15500 block of FM 428 near Creekview Meadows Avenue, where they found the victim unresponsive.
