Allen residents will soon have access to a new outdoor dining destination, miles of connected hike and bike trails and a wellness-oriented office campus as global real estate firm Hines moves forward with The Ranch in Allen.
The Ranch is a 10-acre mixed-use development along Highway 121 that will feature 180,000 square feet of office space, on-site restaurant and entertainment space, and direct connections to the city’s award-winning trail system.
The development, which is pre-leasing for the fourth quarter of 2026, will include a five-story building with 100,000 rentable square feet and a four-story building with 80,000 rentable square feet. Transwestern is handling leasing for the project…
