Tyler’s, the Texas-based sportswear retailer, is leasing 16,650 square feet at Firefly Park, a mixed-use development, in Frisco. The tenant is leasing space at Aurora, an 18-story residential tower in the district. The location marks Tyler’s ninth store, and the first retail tenant at Firefly Park. Kobalt Investment Co. represented the landlord, Wilks Development, in the deal.
