Shady’s Burgers & Brewhaha is steering its smash-burger operation straight onto Lake Lewisville, locking in a lakeside spot at Hidden Cove Marina in Frisco with plans to open later this spring. The Richardson-born mini chain says the new location will be reachable by both car and boat, giving neighborhood regulars and weekend boaters a shared waterfront hangout.

According to CultureMap Dallas, Shady’s is taking over the lakeside space at Hidden Cove Marina, 20400 Hackberry Creek Rd., with a projected opening later this spring. The outlet reports that the Frisco spot will be the brand’s third Dallas-area restaurant.
