Warrant reveals new details in SWAT raid at multi-million dollar North Texas mansion – and what was taken from the home

FRISCO, Texas — A search warrant affidavit obtained by WFAA gave new insight into the SWAT raid at a multi-million dollar mansion in Frisco and what was taken from the home during the raid.

John Elden Mashtare Jr., 46, was arrested on Feb. 3 by Frisco’s SWAT team after they executed an arrest warrant for child sex assault and purchasing alcohol for a minor. Photos sent to WFAA showed SWAT officers outside of the five-bedroom, seven-bathroom home estimated to be worth $2.7 million by Zillow.

The arrest warrant obtained by WFAA says the search stemmed from a report of a 16-year-old girl who told police Mashtare allegedly took her to Concrete Cowboy in Frisco on Sept. 24, 2025, bought her drinks, then later returned to his mansion, where she alleged she was intoxicated and he had sexual intercourse with her. The affidavit says police got corroborating evidence from surveillance footage at Concrete Cowboy, which showed a juvenile female seated at a table with Mashtare during the timeframe the teen described to police…
