This North Texas man is fighting a $3,200 toll bill on a car he no longer owns

FLOWER MOUND, Texas — Mahir Choudhury is a 21-year-old college senior just trying to make ends meet, so a bill for more than $3,200 from the North Texas Tollway Authority is far out of reach.

Especially because he says the charges have been racked up on a car he no longer owns.
