Flying Fish, a fast-casual seafood eatery known for its “Billy Bass Adoption Wall,” has opened a second location in Plano, with a grand opening ceremony planned for March 12.
Inspired by East Texas seafood joints on Caddo Lake and other waterways, Flying Fish was founded in 2002 by Shannon Wynne and Larry Richardson. The restaurant has since grown to 11 locations across Texas, Arkansas and Tennessee.
