The Colony police say a quiet stretch of Memorial Drive turned into the site of a major bust today, when officers hit a home in the 4700 block with a narcotics search warrant. One man was arrested, multiple illegal drugs were seized, and four firearms were pulled from the residence. The case remains under active investigation.
What investigators found
According to a press release reported by MyTexasDaily, detectives confiscated 107 grams of marijuana, 71 grams of methamphetamine, 26 grams of cocaine and about 1.2 grams of fentanyl, along with four firearms. The report identifies the arrestee as Ladareen Skelton, who faces multiple counts, including possession of marijuana, four counts of felon in possession of a firearm and manufacture and delivery charges tied to cocaine, methamphetamine and fentanyl.
