DALLAS — The Dallas County Sheriff’s office says one man is dead after being hit on the side of Interstate 20 near Spur 408 in Dallas.
In a release Thursday, the Sheriff’s office determined that the victim was a wrecker driver that was assisting another driver with a flat tire.
