The Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office announced that Timothy Michael Pratt, 58, of McKinney, Texas, has been charged in a multi-victim fraud investigation. Reports from October 2025 alleged that Pratt accepted payments for home construction and renovation projects but did not complete the work, resulting in losses nearing $500,000.
