The City of Dallas FY27 Budget is being crafted as we speak, and right now – we’re looking potentially at a 15% budget cut for the Office of Arts and Culture.This will directly hit artists and every one of our arts organizations, large and small.
Next week, the City will be holding budget town hall meetings in every City Council district. We need everyone to come out to these meetings! Artists, staff, donors, patrons and more. If you or your organizations receive OAC funding, you need to show up! There are a few virtual meetings as well!
