One year after making the playoffs for the first time in 15 years, the Plano East girls soccer team showed during Friday’s 1-0 victory over Hebron in a Class 6A Division I bi-district playoff game that it wasn’t satisfied with making the first round. They didn’t want to be one-and-done in the playoffs for the second consecutive season with the goal of making a long postseason run.
The Lady Panthers backed it up, and now they are onto the area round for the first time since 2009. And they will get to host a home game with Arlington Martin set to visit Tom Kimbrough Stadium on Tuesday. Kickoff is set for 7:30 p.m…
