An 18-year-old Texas high school student has been left permanently paralyzed from the waist down after he was shot during a fight at a Waffle House parking lot.
Per FOX 4, the incident occurred on March 19, and the shooting victim was identified as Seth Jackson, a student at Richardson High School.
