ANNA, Texas — If you travel through far north Collin County overnight, a full highway shutdown is now in effect, and it’s more significant than your typical lane closure.
Beginning Wednesday, April 1, all lanes of southbound US 75 in Anna are closing nightly between West Panther Parkway and FM 455 (White Street). The closures run through Friday morning, April 3, from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. each night, with traffic forced off the highway onto the frontage road.
This is a complete mainlane shutdown, not a partial closure, and it will change how traffic moves through the area overnight.
