FANNIN COUNTY, Texas (KXII) – An Anna man was arrested after he allegedly struck a Fannin County deputy in a head-on crash Tuesday evening.
Michael Anthony Smith, of Anna, was arrested by Texas DPS troopers and taken into the Fannin County Jail for driving while intoxicated and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
