Frisco Bagel Hotspot Bagelology Brings New York Bite To Coppell

Frisco’s favorite Bagelology is packing up its dough and heading west, with a second location now under construction in Coppell at 1540 S Belt Line Road. The shell of the new shop is already standing and crews are busy inside, signaling that a new breakfast and lunch stop is on the way for hungry neighbors. Owners say the Coppell spot will stick to the formula that built their following in Frisco: hand‑boiled, New York–style bagels, loaded sandwiches and plenty of spreads.

According to What Now Dallas, a post on the shop’s Facebook page shows the shell in place at 1540 S Belt Line Rd, and paperwork with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation pegs the space at roughly 1,700 square feet. Ownership told What Now Dallas they are aiming to welcome customers in November or December, but they have not locked in an official opening date.

Founders Trained On The East Coast

Bagelology is the passion project of co-owners Ameira Olayan and Fadia Anani, who launched the original Frisco shop in 2022, according to The Dallas Morning News. What To Expect From The Menu

On the menu, Bagelology loyalists can expect familiar favorites: cinnamon raisin, garlic, everything and Italian herb‑and‑cheese bagels, plus a rotating cast of spreads and an array of breakfast and lunch sandwiches, per What Now Dallas. In Frisco, the shop has built a steady crowd that shows up for its boiled‑and‑baked bagels and substantial sandwich builds.

City records show sign and construction permits tied to 1540 S Belt Line Rd were issued in late 2025 and January 2026, supporting the owners’ social media update; see City of Coppell records. With permits active and the interior taking shape, that late‑year target looks within reach, although officials have not put a firm date on the calendar…
