FRISCO, Texas — A Collin County Grand Jury chose not to prosecute the man involved in a deadly road rage shooting in Frisco.
On October 9, Jason Austin Bartick of Celina was charged with fatally shooting another driver in the parking lot of Frisco High School.
Bartick’s arrest affidavit stated that Frisco police officers responded to the school at 6401 Parkwood Boulevard after a 911 caller, identified as Bartick, reported being involved in a road rage incident with another driver along the highway.
