The Rampage Begins Near Highway 66
Officers responded to a crash around 3:30 p.m. along Highway 66 near Dairy Road. A green vehicle struck two other cars, prompting all drivers to pull over at a nearby gas station.[2] The driver of the green car then abandoned his vehicle and began aggressively trying to enter other parked cars in the lot.
