GAINESVILLE, Fla. (WCJB) – An Alachua County sheriff’s deputy was arrested early Friday morning after investigators say he assaulted multiple women during an altercation and threatened to shoot people gathered at a home in Cross City.
According to a Dixie County Sheriff’s Office arrest report, deputies responded around 3:37 a.m. to a home on Northeast 234th Avenue in reference to a verbal disturbance involving a man and several women.
