STARKE, Fla. (WCJB) – A Bradford County family received more tragic news while making funeral arrangements for a woman who died in a house fire and explosion earlier this week.
The second person who was in the home died Thursday. Family members confirm the two victims are 76-year-old Frances Keene and her brother Jesse Keene.
