GAINESVILLE, Fla. (WCJB) – Alachua County deputies arrested a Gainesville woman for trying to hit a man with her car, then ramming into an Alachua County Sheriff’s vehicle. Deputies say her two young children were in the back seat the entire time.
Deputies arrived to Tower Oaks Glen Apartments early Saturday morning after several people reported that Michelle Bartholomew, 25, was trying to run over a man in her car.
When deputies arrived, they say Bartholomew sped towards their marked ASO vehicle with two deputies inside. She crashed into them, and attempted to hit a second patrol car but the deputy behind the wheel swerved out of the way…
