STARKE, Fla. (WCJB) -Starke residents displaced by an apartment fire January 14 received a stipend from the American Red Cross, but funds are starting to run out. In the ten days following the fire, a non-profit in Keystone Heights has served as a hub for the families affected to receive resources like baby formula, food, and laundry.
