GAINESVILLE, Fla. (WCJB) – A new bill in the Florida legislature would put restrictions on Kratom, a powder that can be mixed into drinks and users say has medicinal effects. The bill was introduced by Sen. Keith Perry, (R) Gainesville, who says the substance is currently unregulated to a dangerous extent.
