Colliers International announced that Restaurant Depot, a restaurant supply store, will open in Gainesville in March following a rental agreement from last year. The new location will mark the 15th store in Florida, and the 45,000-square-foot facility will be in the Tower Center Shopping Center-where Home Depot, Gainesville Wine and Spirits, Martin’s Appliances and others are located off Tower Road.
