MELROSE, Fla. (WCJB) – Independence Day events are starting at all times today on land, in the sky, and in the water!. One event for the 4th of July was a boat parade. Red, white, and blue decorated boats and delicious hot dogs could be spotted at Melrose Bay Park. Shelby Taylor who has been to this event before is glad it keeps her children occupied with a fun time.
