The National Weather Service in Jacksonville has issued a flash flood warning in Marion County due to Hurricane Milton, saying flash floods are “ongoing and expected to begin shortly” in the county until 11:45 p.m. The NWS says the county has already received “between 1 and 3 inches of rain” and that it will receive at least “2 to 4 inches” more immediately.
