Yesterday, Irish Illustrated published a piece about Notre Dame’s persistence on display in the recruiting of Jalen Wiggins. That piece ended by saying the hook was nearly set with the official visit publicly discussed, and the Irish were close to having their shot to land the prized talent. Then, earlier this afternoon, Tom Loy of 247Sports confirmed with Wiggins that his official visit is set and scheduled for the weekend of the Flordia State game, which runs from Friday, November 8 through Sunday, November 10.
