The Arkansas Razorbacks were defeated by the No. 8-ranked Florida Gators 71-63 on Saturday afternoon in Bud Walton Arena. The Hogs built up an 13-6 lead with 13:53 left in the first half, but the Gators went on an 11-0 run to take the lead and they never trailed for the rest of the contest.

Junior forward Adou Thiero led the way for the Razorbacks with 17 points on 4 of 10 shooting (40%), he fouled out of the game with 3:02 left on the clock. Freshman guard Boogie Fland was the second leading scorer for the Hogs with 15 points on 4 of 13 shooting (30.8%) and 2 of 3 from three-point distance (66.7%). Florida shot 25 of 64 (39.1%), 8 of 28 from three (28.6%) and 13 of 20 from the foul line (65%).
