CITRA, Fla. (WCJB) – Breaking news from Marion County, a fatal crash occurred early this morning.
Around 2:30 a.m., Marion County sheriff’s deputies responded to a report of a train colliding with a vehicle at a railroad crossing on NE 175th Street Road in Citra.
Upon arrival, deputies discovered that one person in the vehicle had died. The Florida Highway Patrol is now leading the investigation into the cause of the crash. NE 175th Street Road was completely blocked off but has since reopened…
