GAINESVILLE, Fla. – Andrew Michael Fulford, Sr., 48, who was arrested on January 12 for stealing and pawning power tools, has now been charged with trying to cash checks he found in a truck he had borrowed.
The victims allowed Fulford to borrow a vehicle on December 13, with the intent that it would be returned in a day or two. However, Fulford reportedly kept asking to keep it longer, and this went on for almost two weeks…
