GAINESVILLE, Fla. (WCJB) – Today’s monthly home sales report is like a box of chocolates—buyers and sellers might not quite know what they are getting.
“Florida Realtors” reports that the number of homes sold in the Gainesville market jumped nearly 14 percent in January over a year ago. But the average sales price dropped more than six and a half percent.
